Where We Ship From:
All JUST CHKN treats are made and shipped from Georgia.

Processing Time (Made to Order):
Because every order is made fresh, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your treats before they ship. We believe freshness is worth the wait.

 

Shipping Carriers & Rates:
We ship using trusted U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, where applicable. If your order is over $30, shipping is free of charge!

 

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on distance from Georgia, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your treats all the way to your door.

 

Important Notes:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Orders shipping to locations farther from Georgia may take slightly longer

• We cannot ship on weekends or holidays

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Perishable Product Policy:

Because JUST CHKN treats are fresh, made-to-order, and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and freshness for every dog we serve.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form. We’ll make it right. Please include your order number and detailed description, we may ask for a picture as well.
